After attending the daffodil show, I immediately began searching for the marvelous miniature, ‘Snipe,’ which is a pristine white (as compared to ‘Jack Snipe," which has a yellow trumpet and white petals). The only photograph I have found so far is on this UK site, Miniature Bulbs. It is available in the U.S. from Nancy R. Wilson.
The other two miniatures that captured my heart…the "starburst" marvel ‘Rip van Winkle’ and the gorgeous ‘Beryl’…can be purchased from our good friend and heirloom bulb expert, Scott Kunst of Old House Gardens.
